What to wear
Bring a set of loose fitting or elastic shorts if we will be working on your lower body or hips. Wear a loose sports bra if we are working on your upper chest or shoulders.
How to prepare
Your session may involve manual soft tissue techniques so make sure to hydrate before arriving.
Cancellation Policy:
I am committed to providing quality care and personalized attention to all my patients. To maintain the effectiveness of my services, I have implemented the following.
Appointment Confirmation:
Patients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments.
Appointment calendar reminders are sent at time of scheduling via email.
Cancellation Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
This allows me to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.
No-Show Policy:
A "no-show" is defined as missing an appointment without canceling or providing less than 24 hours' notice.
A fee of 50% will be charged for all no-show appointments.
Fee Collection:
The no-show fee will be billed to the patient and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
Exceptions:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to the no-show policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Communication is key. If you encounter an emergency or unavoidable situation, please notify me as soon as possible.

To ensure that your treatment journey begins with a thorough understanding of your medical history, I encourage you to send your relevant medical records prior to your first appointment. Rest assured that I prioritize the confidentiality and security of your medical information.
